Open up Server Manager. On the right hand side it will say Configure IE ESC. Click that and turn it off for administrators or all users.
On your WSUS server open up WSUS and go to the options at the bottom left. Then click on Products and Classifications. And then untick the products you don’t want to don’t want, and tick the products you do. Synchronize the the server from the WSUS menu to get any new updates that you’ve clicked.
